Dr. matt larson, dds

Dr. Matt Larson has practiced as a general, implant, and reconstructive dentist in Salt Lake City since graduating from Creighton University and completing his residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital. In 2009 he joined his father, Dr. Brent Larson, in the Downtown area in the same private practice that his grandfather established in 1954.

During his residency, Dr. Matt received advanced training in all aspects of dentistry with a focus on implant surgery and IV sedation (sleep dentistry). He worked alongside some of the most respected and revered specialists in complex crown and bridge work, full mouth reconstruction, implant supported and retained dentures as well as root canals and advanced periodontal surgery, including tissue and bone grafting.

To continue learning and to give back to the community, Dr. Matt remains on staff at the VA Hospital where he works in the general dental department one day per week. Dr. Matt is also a certified provider for Clear Correct invisible braces.
